By accessing or purchasing from RUAH, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to shop with us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and for all activities under your account.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or change designs without prior notice.

5. Product Representation

We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to photography and screen differences.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in INR, inclusive of GST. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

7. Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD may carry extra fees).

8. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after you receive an email/SMS with your order number.

9. Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7-10 business days across India.

10. Shipping Delays

Delays due to courier, weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.

11. Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. (See Returns Policy).

12. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, engraved, or sale/discount items cannot be returned unless defective.

13. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after quality inspection of returned items and processed within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

14. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.

15. COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may require partial/pre-payment confirmation. Failure to accept delivery may affect future COD availability.

16. Intellectual Property

All text, images, product designs, and content on this Site are the property of Ruah Jewels. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

17. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and offers are valid only within their mentioned dates and conditions. They cannot be clubbed unless specified.

18. Limitation of Liability

RUAH is not liable for courier delays, misuse of products, allergic reactions, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the product value.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City, State].
